Artlito platform ("Artlito" or "Platform"), operated by [Company Name] ("Company"), processes your personal data as the Data Controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). What Data Do We Process?

3. Artist Profile and Shares

Short biography, city/country information, expertise area, artwork images, artwork descriptions, and other artist-related content.

This information is processed for publishing your profile and artworks on Artlito and making them viewable by other users.

4. Requests, Communication and Support Processes

Name-surname, email address, and communication/message content.

Please do not share special categories of personal data in these fields.

5. E-Newsletter/Announcement Subscriptions

Your email address is processed with your explicit consent to send you announcements, news, and newsletters about Artlito.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for:

Creating and managing your Artlito membership
Publishing artist profiles and content on the Platform
Ensuring Platform security and keeping technical records (log, traffic) in compliance with legislation
Evaluating user requests, questions, complaints, and suggestions
Developing Artlito and improving user experience
Sending e-newsletters and marketing content with your explicit consent

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed based on:

Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
Being necessary for the Company to fulfill its legal obligations
Being necessary for data processing for the Company's legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms

E-newsletters, marketing communications, and data processing activities through non-essential cookies are carried out based on your explicit consent pursuant to KVKK Article 5/1.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 8 of KVKK to:

Suppliers providing IT infrastructure, hosting, maintenance, security and similar services
Persons and institutions from whom legal or financial consultancy is obtained
Legally authorized public institutions and organizations
Lawyers and judicial authorities in case of possible disputes

Information and artwork images you publish on the Platform as part of your artist profile will be viewable by other users visiting the Platform.

International Transfer

If some hosting, backup, cloud computing, email or analytics services used within Artlito operate on servers located abroad, your personal data may be transferred abroad.

In this case, the international transfer will be carried out pursuant to Article 9 of KVKK through:

Your explicit consent, or
Meeting the requirements for transfer to countries declared safe by the Personal Data Protection Board

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to apply to the Company and:

Learn whether your personal data is being processed

Request information if your personal data has been processed

Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose

Know third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad

Request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed

Request deletion or destruction of personal data under KVKK Article 7

Request notification of corrections to third parties

Object to adverse results from automated processing

Request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing

You can submit your requests under KVKK, along with information and documents verifying your identity, through:

In writing (notary, registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, or hand delivery)
Via your registered electronic mail (KEP) address
Using secure electronic signature or mobile signature
Via the email address you previously provided to the Company and registered in the system
